This stainless steel tumbler is double- walled and vacuum sealed. That means a sweat free cup, and a drink that will stay hot for up to 4 hours or cold for up to 24 hours! 

All glitter, decals, etc. are sealed with multiple layers of FDA compliant epoxy. The epoxy will encase your tumbler with a smooth, glass-like finish and will ensure those details last!

Turnaround time is 2-3 weeks due to the curing time of the epoxy.

*Hand wash only, no soaking! The tumblers and the epoxy are not dishwasher safe.

*Do not microwave, it is metal under the epoxy!

*Avoid extreme temperatures (such as the freezer, or leaving in a hot car)

*Epoxy is durable, but can crack or chip if dropped. I cannot be responsible for damage (even accidental) caused by the customer.

These are handmade with love, so please handle them with care. Please remember all items are handcrafted, and as such, slight variations or imperfections may exist. These do not effect the functionality or quality of the product or detract from the beauty. 

Due to the custom nature of these items and for hygienic reasons I do NOT accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations are not accepted once work has begun on the tumblers.
